The article is the third in a series dedicated to the presentation and processing of information resources (IR) in automated system control functions (ASCF), realized in the form of the three-tier-structure. In the first article, formalized and unformalized components of control functions were brought out and the unification problem of program modules providing access to IR were set up. In the second article, devoted to application level unification (or, strictly speaking, one of its component called database application (DBA)), authors propose to replace DBA set by the one unified. The solution of the problem is described on the user interface (UI) level realizing visualization of logic data used on the application level. As this takes place, it is suggested to guide by the problem statement formulated in the first article in a series with the use of approaches realized in the second one. In accordance with the statement, the UI level formalization is based on the declarative representation of both control elements (CE) realizing the IR structure element visualization and the UI generation algorithm. For reasons of the UI level unification, authors propose to store the representation in metadatabase fix structures as it has been realized in the process of the application level formalization.
