Personalized Learning Maintenance in Project Organizations on the Basis of Kolb’s Experimental Learning Model 000_11.pdf

The article is devoted to the research of ability to apply a cyclic four-step empirical model of a learning process and digestion of new information (Experimental Learning Model) proposed by David A. Kolb and his colleagues from Case Western Reserve University for usage in project organizations. Kolb’s cyclic model is based on “learning through reflection on doing”. The education process consists of iterative steps of “doing” and “reasoning” because of impossibility of effective education only with learning theory and attending lections. But education process without reasoning, analysis, and summarizing cannot be found as effective too. The article proposes the method of creating additional conditions encouraging self-education of designers with fixation, analysis, generalization, and re-use of designing experience in project organizations. The solutions proposed in the article are realized and checked in the question-answering instrumental-modelling environment WIQA (Working In Questions and Answers). In the environment, designing experience (precedents) is presented in the form of question-answering protocols.
