The Analysis of Vibroviscosity Sensor Functionality in the Mode of Tuning the Frequency of the Forced Oscillations 000_14.pdf

The analysis of the vibroviscosity sensor work in the proposed mode of forced oscillations with maintaining the specified value of the phase difference between the excitation signal and the response signal by tuning the frequency of the excitation signal is carried out. The method for calculating the current value of the Q-factor and the natural frequency with the use of the results of measuring the amplitude of forced oscillations and the phase difference between the excitation and output signals of the oscillatory system is considered. The author made the analysis of the system performance in the mode with discrete frequency tuning and error estimation of the oscillatory system parameters with the generator frequency that is not equal to the natural frequency of the oscillatory system. Some recommendations concerning the rational choice of the step changes of the output generator signal frequency are provided.

The Application of Design Ontologies in Technological Preparation of Aircraft Production 000_7.pdf

Currently, the use of ontologies in the aviation industry has not yet been properly developed but the analysis of domestic and foreign authors’ works shows the positive dynamics of the intelligent support systems implementation in this area. The article is devoted to the creation of tools for ontological support of works at the stage of technological preparation of aircraft production on the basis of the authoritative approach allowing to carry out experiments with semantic models of diversified production tools at the stage of technical specification and to make decisions on the appearance of the support system artifacts constructive on the basis of the obtained results. Due to the fact that the design process is carried out with the use of a vocabulary and controlled semantics, the proposed means will allow to ensure effective interaction dialogue "designer -system" (in this case, the design is carried out using professional natural language) and also to accumulate, process, and store design and construction knowledge in the form of experienced units.

Optimization of the Procedures of Measuring the Parameters of Low-frequence Noise With 1/f Γ-type Spectrum 000_13.pdf

The short analysis of measurement methods for parameters of low-frequency (LF) noise with 1/fγ-type is considered. The authors show that the total measurement error of the LF-noise power spectral density (PSD) at the specified time of averaging is minimum at a certain (optimum) bandwidth of the filter. Measurement procedures for an exponent γ of PSD frequency dependence minimizing a total measurement error γ by results of measurement of PSD noise at two frequencies at series and parallel filtration are offered. The optimization essence at a series filtration comes down to optimum distribution of the specified total time of measurement at the specified relation of frequencies between measurements at the first and second frequency, and at a parallel filtration -to definition of the optimum relation of frequencies for PSD noise measurement at the specified total time of measurement. Methodical measurement error estimates for γare given at implementation of various measurement procedures depending on the γvalue.

Using the K-means Clustering Algorithm for Improving the Temporal Statitics of Commercial Proposals Views 000_6.pdf

Anomalies are considered as not typical and rare values, which decrease accuracy in date significant. Such values would generally cause inaccuracy in date analysis results, so they must be deleted. The article proposes to use the k-means clustering method in order to solve practical problems of data processing for displaying the temporal statistics in the B2B sector. The B2BFamily service for sending and tracking commercial offer represents the subject area and the data source. The article also proposes to remove anomalies and display more adequate temporal view statistics about the average time of the commercial offer slide review. That will help the sales manager to adjust the strategy of communication with customers. Finally, the authors discuss the results and trends of the study further development.

Constructing the Fuzzy Domain-specific Knowledge Base on the Basis of Context Analysis 000_12.pdf

The paper discovers the ontology model of the fuzzy domain-specific knowledge base (KB) that allows describing the domain-specific ontology (DSO) according to variety of the DSO contexts. The DSO context is a state of the KB content, which can be selected from a variety of the ontology states. This state is obtained by versioning or organization of the KB content from different points of views. The using of the ontological approach for integration with heterogeneous corporate information resources is also described in the paper. The Use of Adaptive Regression Modeling in the Description and Forecasting of the Object Technical State 000_5.pdf

The safe operation of the technical object is an important task. The technical object management system often includes a subsystem for monitoring its settings, so, the object management solution is made due to its technical condition. The effectiveness of such a subsystem essentially depends on the accuracy of prediction of the object technical parameters. Therefore, it is necessary to build adequate mathematical models of the controlled object parameters and their subsequent use for the object state forecasting and, accordingly, for providing effective and operational management decisions. In order to solve the formulated problems, the article describes the algorithms of mathematical modeling and forecasting of the object technical state on the basis of the adaptive regression modeling. The algorithms allow several times increase of the prediction accuracy. High accurate results of the object state forecasting are used in the decision-making process related to the object management. The efficiency of the offered algorithms is investigated by the example of modeling and forecasting of the object technical state.

Intelligent Analysis of Project and Terminological Metrics in Project Management 000_11.pdf

This article describes the features of the interaction of participants in the project activity by the example of a large project organization. The model of activities on the basis of metrics version control systems is proposed. The direction of object OWL ontologies application in project activities is also considered. Moreover, an example of the use of ontological structures in solving problems of constructing the unified terminological environment of the project activity in the field of aircraft construction is given. The model of the object ontology of the aircraft flow assembly line (FAL) is proposed by the example of Il-76MD-90A assembly. The Analysis of the Influence of Solid Last Units Mesh Quality on the Accuracy of Calculations of Machine Platforms Dynamic Characteristics 000_4.pdf

The article considers the design analysis of static and dynamic characteristics of a vertical milling machine column and the results of design analysis of the influence of solid last units mesh quality on the accuracy of calculations of static and dynamic characteristics of the metal-cutting machine platform basic components. The authors show four methods for partitioning the model of a vertical milling machine column (mod. 654) by the last elements mesh with constructing frequency-response characteristics for every method. In order to estimate the design model adequacy, the experimental investigation on the vertical milling machine (mod. 654) column was hold and the experimental frequency-response characteristic was constructed. The comparison of design analysis results with experimental data was carried out. Consequently, the best method for partitioning the model of the last elements mesh that should be used for modeling basis components of the vertical milling machine platform was chosen.

The Statistical Approach to the Assessment of Suppliers for the Large Instrument Making Enterprise 000_10.pdf

The main components of statistical acceptance inspection such as plans, types, levels, operative characteristics, risks of suppliers and customers, acceptance and reject levels of defectiveness, and also dependency between all the parameters on the basis of the mathematical statistics theory are considered. The use of acceptance statistical control of the purchasing products and components parcel, one-, two-, and three-stage control plans, methods for controlled sampling frame volume calculation, the main problems arising in case of applying the specified methods are also considered. The authors define the terms of the supplier dynamic characteristic and supplier confidence level. The authors also propose the method for constructing the supplier dynamic characteristic on the basis of capture and analysis of statistical data of incoming inspection over the previous periods. The data include the supplier parameters values, the forming quality index of the supplier, the degree of merit for the products parcel as whole and individual products. On Motion Control of the Mechanical System on the Basis of Actuator Dynamics 000_3.pdf

The problem of stabilization of the holonomic mechanical system program motion is solved taking into account the actuator dynamics. As it is known, the implementation of control forces and moments for the mechanical systems occurs with the help of actuators (drives), their dynamics affects the motion process. Therefore, the requirement of control implementation precision for modern mechanical systems makes it necessary to take into account the actuator dynamics. The complexity of the problems of constructing the control laws for the mathematical models of mechanical systems with actuators involves the fact that the degrees of freedom of such a system has a higher dimension with respect to the vector of control signals. The paper presents a model of a mechanical system with a drive in the form of a cascade connection of two subsystems: the mechanical one and drives. Herewith, the vector of control for the mechanical subsystem is the state of the subsystem drives. Such representation allows to solve the control problem in the form of a two-step procedure. The first step includes construction of the mechanical subsystem control law in the form of a continuously differentiable time function of time, coordinates and velocities, which carries out the stabilization of the given program motion. After that, on the second step, the relay control law is constructed for a drive subsystem that ensures the asymptotic stability of a stabilizing control law. The specificity of the obtained result involves the use of the definite Lyapunov function, which significantly simplifies the calculations for justification of the relay control law and the terms of its implementation. As an example, the problem on stabilization of a program motion is solved for a space three-link manipulator controlled by three independent DC drives.

The authors describe all stages of constructing system: from analysis of task in a particular subject area to implementation. Particularly, the question of organizing data, downloading them from various sources, purification, compression, restoration, and analytical processing are discussed in this article. In order to clarify some points, the method is shown as business process diagram. The proposed method can be used in different subject areas for solving a wide range of tasks. The authors investigate the possibility of using the method for estimating the reliability of hardware-software equipment. A Method of Expediting the Adaptation Parameters Change in Receiving Information in Radio Communication System Operating in Short and Ultra Short Bands 000_2.pdf

The article proposes a method for expediting the change of the adaptation parameters in case of data reception in radio communication systems operating in short and ultra short bands. A great number of methods for increasing the efficiency of changing the adaptation parameters during the reception of information by radio are known but they have some disadvantages. The proposed method is based on the fact that in working with radio communication, a lot of frequencies installed for the connection are preset. These frequencies are allocated for the operation of radio equipment. Moreover, diagrams for transmitting and receiving antennas and the opportunities for their change, the possibilities of radio equipment to change the speed of information transmission as well as many gradations of values of power are also preset. As a result, the increase of efficiency of shift parameters, reliability of transmitted digital data and the reduce of the radio channel downtime are handled.

Estimation of Cam-education Effectiveness With the Use of the Modified Moving Approximation Transform 000_8.pdf

This article offers the new measured estimation of CAM-processing teaching on the basis of the proposed efficiency coefficient. The authors describe the existing approaches to estimation of education effectiveness in general case. The necessity of designing the approach to efficiency estimation of CAM-education with the use of methods for time series data mining is proven. The features of creation of the special education course for CAM-specialists with its estimation are investigated. The CAM-processing metric applied either in education course development or the subsequent estimation of its effectiveness is defined. The proposed hypotheses were checked with the use of real data in the practical experiment on the developed model approbation. Moreover, the features of developing the efficient educational program for teaching mechanical engineering students were considered. The model of CAM-education effectiveness estimation with the use of the modified Moving Approximation Transform was proposed.

The Optimization Model for Information Processing in Complex Control Systems 000_1.pdf

The first-order differential equation systems describing information processing in complex systems were generated. The analytical solutions for consequent information processing with the random number of stages in cases of situation coverage and control planning in a hierarchical system of any dimension were obtained. With the use of the obtained analytical solutions representing dependencies of each object’s information resources volumes on time and information processing speed, the optimization problems of scarce resources allocation were formulated in order to maximize the information volume in the system over the specified period. The author supposes that the relation between information processing speed and dedicated resources is known from the experience of design and control. The formulated problems are solved by the use of standard algorithms of gradient search. In the general case, the results can be obtained with the use of numerical integration of differential equations. The examples for solving problems of consequent schemes of two- and four-stage information processing were made. Such schemes show the ability to increase the system quality by effective applying of differential models and operations research methods.
