A Development of Operational and Organizational Structure of Complex Control System of Industrial-product Manufacturability 26_10.pdf

The article suggests a model for the function of product-manufacturability management in time horizons and categorizes systems for manufacturability control. Methodological approaches to the building of the operational structure of a control system for product manufacturability in machine-building and instrument-making are developped. A detailed model of operational structure, which is based on a special operational kernel, a set of non-specific and specific tasks of manufacturability, distributed by traditional corporate sub-systems, and a structure of operational links between the kernel and the distributed task set, is suggested. The article also reveals the efficiency of the use of a matrix structure for the operational structure of the control system of product manufacturability, which, keeping vertical linear links and the unity of powers in the actual hierarchical structure, imposes additional through horizontal links on the structure elements. The structure of services, their functions, duties and responsibility, rules of interaction with other links depend on the importance of given purposes, terms of performance, resources, and are regulated by the status of an authority and its head. The author grounds the creation of a department of product manufacturability as a part of the organizational structure, which must be organizationally independent of all the other company departments, and carry out functions of planning, analysis, accounting, control and regulation, coordinate the implementation of strategic and basic internal tactical tasks of product-manufacturability control.

Parametric Identification of an Error Model for Inertial Navigation Systems 26_3.pdf

The paper deals with a solution to the problem of parametric identification for an error model of inertial navigation system (INS) using the Auxiliary Performance Index (API) method. It compares the two approaches to the API building: identification of steady-state filter parameters and identification of system-model parameters taking into account the dynamics of Riccati equations in Kalman filter. The authors also give comparison characteristics of the two approaches and results of the computational experiments.

A Dynamic Setting of an Algorithm for the Detection of a Sea-target Maneuver 26_4.pdf

The article suggests a way of accelerating the detection of a sea-target maneuver. Deceleration when circulation, being common for all the surface ships, is used as an indirect indicator of maneuver. It also considers a modification of the GLR algorithm, which threshold changes dynamically depending on target speed, and gives results of the computational experiment comparing the performance of the source and modified GLR algorithm.

Efficiency Analysis of Fuzzy Trend Model for Forecasting of Time Series 26_7.pdf

The article describes a new model for the analysis of time series for the forecast of small time series. The base of the new model is formalization and identification of a new object of time series - a fuzzy trend. The suggested model does not have assumptions used in stochastic simulation, and is easy for the implementation and developed for linguistic interpretation of results. The experiment studies of the accuracy figures of the suggested model reveal its adequacy for forecasting of small time series and competitiveness in comparison with its analogues.

Diagnostics of Helicopter Nodes on Basis of a Model of Grained Time Series 26_8.pdf

In the present paper the authors consider a solution to the problem of diagnostics of helicopter nodes. The diagnostics is carried out by analyzing time series of key physical quantities, based on an expert rulebase containing statements on the significance of trends of change of these variables.
