The present article is devoted to investigation of methods for processing of statistical data on reliability of special-purpose C2 systems which are used by Customer. The authors have analyzed factors influencing the evaluation accuracy for reliability parameters of products being manufactured, and come to the conclusion that an analysis of information from operation objects is required. The article offers procedures for point and interval evaluation of reliability of both components and engineering product itself.

Infological Modeling of Information Interaction of Computer-aided Systems 19_9.pdf

The article deals with issues connected with support of infological modeling of information interaction of computer-aided systems, in the structure of integrated C2 system for forces (troops) for computer-aided system subjects (of authority officers) involved in tasks of environment surveillance and its evaluation. The purpose of organization and implementation of information interaction of computer-aided systems is increase of efficiency for control of forces (troops) including due to reduction of time for acquisition, processing and presentation of environment information. The article deals with the issues as follows: description of infological model entities and design of database model, description of subject field and fundamentals of infological modeling, implementation of infological model, structure of subject field. The problem of interaction of computer-aided systems is complicated and ambiguous, and it is solved depending on different domains. That is why the ways of infological modeling of information interaction of computer-aided systems within creation of geographically-distributed network infrastructures of integrated C2 systems for implementation of general and particular functions of control of forces (troops), solution of a system of interrelated functional tasks as per control vertical and horizontal lines, are of great value. The infological modeling of information interaction of computer-aided systems contributes to an efficient organization of work concerning generation of common information space and support of its operation, generation of protocol support of integrated C2 system and implementation of information and communication technologies in order to support communications of computer-aided system entities.

Control With Saturation in Tracking Task for Mechanical Systems Subject to Delay 19_3.pdf

The article deals with the task of tracking for mechanical system taking into account delay in the structure of feedback. It proves continuous law of control with saturation, which is an approximation of relay control. The approach is based on the use of Lyapunov vector-function with components in the form of vector norms. A mobile robot with three-roller wheel is considered in the article as an example.

Mathematical Modeling of Cycle Synchronization Systems With Parallel Search 19_6.pdf

The article analyses known methods and models for analytic mathematical modeling of cycle synchronization systems with parallel search. For the model of mathematical search subsystem, the authors offer and implement a new principle for creation of response weights of cycle syncrosignal identifier. For the mathematical model of holding subsystem, they offer a new criterion for definition of output state of cycle synchronization system from synchronism. The obtained dependencies connect functional criteria and internal parameters of cycle synchronization system.

The present article deals with storage of change history on basis of information retrieval features of documents. The article is based on the structure of an archive of e-documents and the structure of an e-index of paper documents, which are implemented in the Department of Technical Documents of Federal Research-and-Production Center Open Joint-Stock Company Research-and-Production Association Mars. The article also considers three possible ways for storage of change history including description of structure of database tables for each of them.
