Multi agent Modeling and Visua Ization of Environment for Seagoing Craft
The article presents and describes an integrated system for acquisition, processing and presentation of
primary identification and measurement data on seagoingcraft environment. The offered multiagent
solution of integration task ensures eventdriven management for information processes both at level of
dynamic (sea and air) objects within control area and at level of information objects structuring input flows
of data on events in vessel environment. The developed software system (C#, .Net 3.5, .Net Remouting)
uses four layers of software agents A1, A2, A3 and A4, integrated into the comprehensive whole by
feasibilityproblem system of agents where the datatransportation system operates.
A task of identification of data incoming from multiple radars and a task of sea and air dynamicobject
grouping are introduced into the set of dataprocessing tasks and solved. The multiagent and multitask
features the development is based on, enable a range of approved opportunities of its development
including from the point of view of the systems use for vessel control.
The developed system has a training mode as a potential. This fact is an important advantage of the
developed system. Actually, the developed system has passed tests and confirmed its reliability for the
training purposes which are different from those of the complete set in the operating (main) mode using

Modeling and Optimization of Movement control Systems for Seabased Mobile Systems
The article provides with information on synthesis and analysis of algorithms for optimal control and
evaluation of the movement parameters of a seabased mobile system when it moves as per a given
trajectory within reference coordinate system. It also gives the results of numerical simulation using
computers. Modeling, optimal control, system of automatic movement control, coordinated movement control, vessel, underwater vehicle.



Simulation Operation Model for Radio Equipment of Computeraided Dataexchange System
The article describes a simulation model of radioequipment operation for computeraided dataexchange
system created in order to evaluate influence of failure rate of radioequipment devices and time for
their recovery, on probability of uninterruptible dataexchange between computeraided dataexchange
systems of two ships during a longtime period.
The model of the operation process of radio equipment is developed using a mathematical scheme of
queueing system  Qscheme. The model response is an evaluation of the probability of uninterruptible
dataexchange between computeraided dataexchange systems of two ships during a longtime period.
The model factors are the following reliability parameters of each radio equipment: failure rate and recovery
time. The article also gives a blockdiagram of general algorithm of the radioequipment operation process
and blockdiagrams of procedures to define and change states of radioequipment devices simulated by
queueingsystem channels.
The simulation model is at the level of software implementation. The result of the software implementation
of the simulation model with values of the reliability parameters of radioequipment devices, given by
users, is an interval evaluation of probability of uninterruptible dataexchange between computeraided dataexchange systems of two ships during a time period given by users. The required accuracy and
adequacy of the evaluation are ensured by a required number of software iterations, calculated by the
programme, with the same initial data.
To evaluate the importance of factors (reliability parameters of radioequipment devices), a variance
analysis of each of them with response has been made. A combination of achievable factor values when
response values becomes the largest, has been defined by a method of coordinate raising. Simulation model, channel state, variance analysis, method of coordinate raising.



Evaluation of Patrol Trajectory Performance for Waterareas on Basis of Simulation Model
Simulation modeling is one of efficient ways to solve a task of optimaltrajectory selection for waterarea
patrol. The article describes a simulation model created to solve this task. It cites conditions and results of
statistical simulated experiment made using the model. Using the experiment data the article has defined
the best patrol result. Simulation modeling, waterarea screen, agent modeling, patrolefficiency evaluation.


MATHEMATICAL MODELING

Calculation forces and moments using the resulted searoughness model approximation of standard searoughness spectrum
The article presents a vector autoregressive searoughness 3Dmodel.The vectors are formed as whitenoise
discrete filters. The filterparameter selection provides satisfactory approximation of standard searoughness
spectrum. Forces and moments taking effect on ship hull are calculated using the resulted

The article analyses known methods of forecast of technical state of radio electronic products. It cites
fundamentals of mathematical apparatus used within each considered forecast method. It suggests a set
of quality factors for forecast methods, allowing to evaluate their quantity subject to task statement and
conditions of its solution. It considers methods for evaluation of forecast precision of technical state of
radio electronic products. Forecasting of technical state, forecast methods, forecasting process, direct forecasting, inverse forecasting, analytical forecasting, probabilistic forecasting.

Combined C2 System for Forces (troops), Weapons and Facilities
The article deals with necessity, aims, problems and suggestions concerning creation and development
of forwardlooking combined computeraided C2 system for differenttype and heterogeneous groups
of forces (troops), weapons and facilities having new functional, technical and operational features and
characteristics.
The article stresses technical and functional requirements, technological and organizational aspects of
creation and operation of combined C2 systems including analysis of key technologies required for the
creation of combined C2 systems.
The issues of operational creation and use of combined C2 systems are not discussed in the article. Interaction, officer, intellectualization, informatization, combined c2 system, decisionmaker, data processing, control.

The article deals with necessity, aims, problems and suggestions concerning creation and development

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Conceptual Indexation of Design Documents
The article presents a formal description of conceptualindexation process for design documentation,
which is accompanied by illustrations. It also shows a scheme of conceptual indexation using domain
ontology. A conceptualindex model is based on fuzzy graph. The article also describes particularities of

Solution of Timeseries Datamining Tasks Within Structural and Linguistic Approach
The article gives a description of a new structural and linguistic approach intended for the implementation
of timeseries datamining. The orientation of this approach to the analysis of time series of different length
and extraction of knowledge on behaviour of time series in the form of fuzzy elementary tendencies as
well as the presentation of the results in the linguistic form in bounded natural language, allows extending
the group of potential users of systems implemented using the principles of structural and linguistic

Development of Internetservice Integrating Fuzzy Modeling and Analysis of Fuzzy Tendencies of Time Series
The article presents an implementation of a new serviceoriented architecture of a new fuzzymodeling
method. The novelty of the got software in the form of Internetservice consists in the implementation
of a new integral method of fuzzy modeling and analysis of fuzzy tendencies of time series in order to
increase managementdecision efficiency as well as in the accounting of new management requirements
for reduction of costs concerning maintenance, operation and update/upgrade of software and hardware. The integralmethod analysis results in the fact that the error of shortterm forecast precision does not
exceed 20%, the errors of shortterm forecast of fuzzytendency types are equal to 0. Intellectual system, decisionmaking, internetservice, fuzzy modeling, forecast of time series.



Models of Structuring and Formalization for Ontology of Application Domain At Stages of Computeraided System Designm
The article discusses an issue of error decrease during ontology creation at early stages of computeraided
system design including definition of classes and class hierarchy. Hierarchy depends on possible
ways to define a level of detail which is necessary for application, on personal preferences of analysts
and sometimes on requirements for compatibility with other models (verbal description of application domain, infological models, frames, semantic networks). It also deals with multiple guidelines to be taken
into account during development and optimization of ontology. The following features of structuring
