Multi -agent Modeling and Visua Ization of Environment for Seagoing Craft 20_1.pdf

The article presents and describes an integrated system for acquisition, processing and presentation of primary identification and measurement data on seagoing-craft environment. The offered multi-agent solution of integration task ensures event-driven management for information processes both at level of dynamic (sea and air) objects within control area and at level of information objects structuring input flows of data on events in vessel environment. The developed software system (C#, .Net 3.5, .Net Remouting) uses four layers of software agents A1, A2, A3 and A4, integrated into the comprehensive whole by feasibility-problem system of agents where the data-transportation system operates. A task of identification of data incoming from multiple radars and a task of sea and air dynamic-object grouping are introduced into the set of data-processing tasks and solved. The multi-agent and multi-task features the development is based on, enable a range of approved opportunities of its development including from the point of view of the systems use for vessel control. The developed system has a training mode as a potential. This fact is an important advantage of the developed system. Actually, the developed system has passed tests and confirmed its reliability for the training purposes which are different from those of the complete set in the operating (main) mode using sources of raw data flows.

Simulation Operation Model for Radio Equipment of Computer-aided Data-exchange System 20_3.pdf

The article describes a simulation model of radio-equipment operation for computer-aided data-exchange system created in order to evaluate influence of failure rate of radio-equipment devices and time for their recovery, on probability of uninterruptible data-exchange between computer-aided data-exchange systems of two ships during a long-time period. The model of the operation process of radio equipment is developed using a mathematical scheme of queueing system - Q-scheme. The model response is an evaluation of the probability of uninterruptible data-exchange between computer-aided data-exchange systems of two ships during a long-time period. The model factors are the following reliability parameters of each radio equipment: failure rate and recovery time. The article also gives a block-diagram of general algorithm of the radio-equipment operation process and block-diagrams of procedures to define and change states of radio-equipment devices simulated by queueing-system channels. The simulation model is at the level of software implementation. The result of the software implementation of the simulation model with values of the reliability parameters of radio-equipment devices, given by users, is an interval evaluation of probability of uninterruptible data-exchange between computer-aided data-exchange systems of two ships during a time period given by users. The required accuracy and adequacy of the evaluation are ensured by a required number of software iterations, calculated by the programme, with the same initial data. To evaluate the importance of factors (reliability parameters of radio-equipment devices), a variance analysis of each of them with response has been made. A combination of achievable factor values when response values becomes the largest, has been defined by a method of coordinate raising.

Evaluation of Patrol Trajectory Performance for Water-areas on Basis of Simulation Model 20_4.pdf

Simulation modeling is one of efficient ways to solve a task of optimal-trajectory selection for water-area patrol. The article describes a simulation model created to solve this task. It cites conditions and results of statistical simulated experiment made using the model. Using the experiment data the article has defined the best patrol result.

Calculation forces and moments using the resulted sea-roughness model approximation of standard searoughness spectrum20_15.pdf

The article presents a vector autoregressive sea-roughness 3D-model.The vectors are formed as whitenoise discrete filters. The filter-parameter selection provides satisfacto-ry approximation of standard searoughness spectrum. Forces and moments taking effect on ship hull are calculated using the resulted sea-roughness model.

The article stresses technical and functional requirements, technological and organizational aspects of creation and operation of combined C2 systems including analysis of key technologies required for the creation of combined C2 systems. The issues of operational creation and use of combined C2 systems are not discussed in the article.

Solution of Time-series Data-mining Tasks Within Structural and Linguistic Approach 20_8.pdf

The article gives a description of a new structural and linguistic approach intended for the implementation of time-series data-mining. The orientation of this approach to the analysis of time series of different length and extraction of knowledge on behaviour of time series in the form of fuzzy elementary tendencies as well as the presentation of the results in the linguistic form in bounded natural language, allows extending the group of potential users of systems implemented using the principles of structural and linguistic approach.

Development of Internet-service Integrating Fuzzy Modeling and Analysis of Fuzzy Tendencies of Time Series 20_10.pdf

The article presents an implementation of a new service-oriented architecture of a new fuzzy-modeling method. The novelty of the got software in the form of Internet-service consists in the implementation of a new integral method of fuzzy modeling and analysis of fuzzy tendencies of time series in order to increase management-decision efficiency as well as in the accounting of new management requirements for reduction of costs concerning maintenance, operation and update/upgrade of software and hardware. The integral-method analysis results in the fact that the error of short-term forecast precision does not exceed 20%, the errors of short-term forecast of fuzzy-tendency types are equal to 0.

Models of Structuring and Formalization for Ontology of Application Domain At Stages of Computer-aided System Designm 20_11.pdf

The article discusses an issue of error decrease during ontology creation at early stages of computeraided system design including definition of classes and class hierarchy. Hierarchy depends on possible ways to define a level of detail which is necessary for application, on personal preferences of analysts and sometimes on requirements for compatibility with other models (verbal description of application domain, infological models, frames, semantic networks). It also deals with multiple guidelines to be taken into account during development and optimization of ontology. The following features of structuring and formalization of application-domain ontology at stages of design of computer-aided systems, are stressed: design of ontology is a constructive process which is to combine with object-oriented methods, ways and approaches of structuring and formalization of application domain.
