The article inquires into different aspects of interoperability of interacting computer-aided (information) systems as well as data exchange. It deals with trends connected with ensuring of interoperability and perspective interoperability of interacting computer-aided systems during solution of tasks related to control of forces (troops). The article also presents rating of interoperability degree of systems, in general, of different domains as well as evaluation of interoperability degree of data exchange. The evaluation of interoperability degree for systems and data exchange can be used as a scale for planning of goals of computer-aided system interaction, implementation of required technical solutions and specifications.

Priority Rating for Hardware Manufacture Within Production Planning Processes 18_16.pdf

The present article is devoted to consideration of priorities, criteria of their rating and procedures of production-plan generation processes during priority rating for manufac-ture of radio facilities at research and production organizations. The research literature [1] and information issues [2] give careful consideration to prob-lems of production control. Planning is a part of control cycle. Depending on planning-period duration the plans are divided into long-term (for up to 3 years), annual, quarterly (monthly) and operational (for ten days, a week) plans. The cited sources: - suggest need of using priorities and criteria of their selection for order of manu-facture of radio facilities; - dont have lists of priorities and their descriptions; - dont have procedures indicated within which priorities are used.
