Hierarchical Interaction Between the Two Coalitions in View of the Uncertain Factor on the Top Level 000_10.pdf

Complex systems usually have multilevel hierarchical structures characterized by the disparity of participants in the control process and exposed to different perturbations and other uncertain factors. In order to solve the problem of describing the operation of complex dynamic systems and decision-making under uncertainty, the methods of operations research including the game theory ones are used. A model of hierarchical interaction between two coalitions with program strategies under uncertainty with varying degrees of awareness is constructed in the paper. It is assumed that the low level players of the hierarchy know the implemented value of uncertainties, and this information is not available on the top level. The solution using the guaranteed result principle is defined. The original maximin problem to the related set is transformed to the problem on maximum of functional with penalty. The existence theorem for solution is proved, an estimate of the error and necessary conditions of optimality are obtained.
