An Entropy Model of the Remote Object Monitoring 57_1.pdf

The article deals with the engineering of monitoring of object management systems state. The objects are geographically distant from the center of monitoring that can be an enterprise-monopolist creating products and maintaining through their life cycle. We will understand the term “monitoring” to mean the inspection, analysis, and evaluation processes of the remote object state through observing this process follow-up as well as the research of the trends of the object state changes and the external factors affecting the object [1].
To increase the efficiency of monitoring process, authors propose to implement an entropy approach allowing to examine and control the time for its implementation and the time when telecommunication channel is busy. From the source [2], the entropy is interpreted as a measure of the system uncertainty that can have a different amount of information. The introducing of the entropy evaluation of the request-response pair during a monitoring session allows forming the requestresponse sequence and reduce their length.
To achieve stated objectives, the authors consider the proposed mathematical model of the entropy monitoring process as a directed multi-level graph that is built on the basis of the Markovian chain and that allows to describe the monitoring conditions and the separate stages of the monitoring process. The graph considers the probabilistic characteristics of requests and responses. The main feature of the model is the direction of its practical application. The model is oriented for the analysis of exceptions in which the remote objects can operate. It requires the interactive operation mode of the monitoring system should be provided. The model allows to consider the options of monitoring implementation from the perspective of queueing systems as well as within closed local area networks.

Monitoring, entropy, probability, object, reliability, failure.

Operating-resource Model of Technological Operations Distribution Based on the Implementation Means 55_10.pdf

The article is devoted to the actual topic of designing route maps. At the heart of the route maps, the route for performing technological operations at the production site is laid. In the production process, production is often stopped due to imperfections in the route map, one of the reasons for which is the change of resources. In the article it is proposed to carry out the design of the technological route according to the proposed principles with the use of a two-pass two-component model as an increase in the productivity of the production process. The methodology is based on the principle of selecting the means for implementing technological operations on the basis of two interacting models, which make it possible to cover the process more fully from the point of view of resource provision and the performance of a technological operation using the example of chemical production. The proposed model allows the designer to choose the route of the technological process from the set of proposed options. An algorithm for designing and implementing a model in automated systems is presented. The offered algorithms allow to form design decisions, it gives the chance of their use for the subsequent processing and definition of efficiency.Formed by different criteria, technological routes provide many variants of the solutions obtained. The offered provides efficiency of improvement of quality of technological processes due to use of means of information support of maintenance of a set of operations close to an optimum choice of technical means of realization.

Researching the Ability of Using Mobile Device Sensors for Generation of Random Sequencies 000_14.pdf

The article considers researches of ability of using digital position monitoring encoders for generation of bit random sequences used in cryptography. In order to create hardware generator, gyroscope and accelerometer sensors installed on three mobile devices are used. The source of randomness is the regular change of sensor data due to movement in space, minor fluctuations and vibrations of a device during operation. The article suggests the methods of position sensor data processing for creating bit sequences. The stages of testing and the criterion for confirmation of randomness are discussed. The NIST STS software package contains different statistical tests that are used for randomness testing of sequences. The article includes the results of the experiments of testing the sensors (accelerometer and gyroscope) of three mobile devices.

Case-tool for Designing 3d Gis on the Basis of Open Source Libraries 000_5.pdf

The structure and content of the CASE-tool allowing to implement a given 3D GIS functionality are considered. In the process of using CASE-tools, variants of design solutions are generated. Structural and functional models and diagrams of interfaces interaction between open source libraries and personal developments, which do not have any analogues among libraries, are created for the development of 3D GIS. Header files generation on the selected programming language is performed in order to realize the system. The core can be set off in 3D GIS. It includes four major components providing a basic set of functions implemented in the majority of 3D GIS. The developed models such as the situation description model, the open source libraries description model, the projections model, the broker model, and the compositional model increase the efficiency of the developed 3D GIS components. The models proposed in the article are related to the three stages of the 3D GIS life cycle.

Software Maintenance and Operational Reliability Evaluation on the Basis of Network-centric Architecture 000_3.pdf

The article deals with the approach to the creation of network-centric control system of condition of products produced by the original equipment manufacturer and operated on the distant sites. The organization of interaction between the center (manufacturer) and the consumer that serves as the basis for the creation of network-centric structure is proposed. The ability of high-quality control of events on sites is shown by giving an example of remote control of failures and operating products troubles. This leads to the increasing of the product operation efficiency and gives an opportunity for developers to upgrade products faster due to the fast feedback. The structure, the architecture, the general algorithm of functioning, and the description of general mathematical model of software product maintenance and functioning reliability evaluation system are considered. The proposed solutions are implemented as a software package that was used for computing experiment and the confirmation of the discussed approach practical application.

Computer-aided Log Acquisition and Processing Within Software Maintenance System on Basis of Complex Event Processing 34_14.pdf

The article presents an approach to software bug identification based on log stream analysis via complex event processing. The basis of the approach is the message sequences analysis indicating the software problems by means of the complex event processing methods. A layout system of collecting and classifying software protocols is designed on the basis of a software agent and a complex event processing system of JBoss Drools Fusion. The results prove that most errors can be classified via automatically generated rules. The developed tools provide a rebuilding of the reaction algorithms to the error emerging.
