Optimizing System Probabilitytime Characteristics With the Use of the Simulation Model
The currently central problem of increasing efficiency of a realtime hierarchical control system through rational resource allocation and reduction of control document development time was considered. The method of constructing a theoretical dependence of system probabilitytime characteristics (pTcH) on corresponding objects characteristics was described. The algorithm for developing approximate analytical dependencies based on approximation of experimental data obtained through simulation was outlined. In order to optimize pTcH, the task of allocating resources among objects in a hierarchical control system was formally set and solved. The authors show, that the system simulation model can be used as a target function instead of an approximate analytical dependence with the current efficiency of computers. The simulation model includes a lot of experiments. The random values of control document development time were set during each experiment. According to the structure and the algorithm, system characteristics are defined. Application of simulation models enhances the set of complex system design tasks solved with the use of operations research methods Computeraided control system, efficiency, optimal design, simulation model.

Mathematical Models for Situation Coverage in a Hierarchical Control System
Abstract An analytical and a simulation models have been developed to cover the situation in a hierarchical C2 system. The analytical model is consistent of dependencies of laws of distribution of the system characteristics from those of separate objects. Characteristics of a separate object define the random time for data collection and processing from all subordinated objects and the random time when an output document is generated for a superior object with the aggregated information about situation. System characteristics define random time to communicate information about situation to all levels of hierarchy. The simulation model includes generation of random time values for an objectbased data processing as per the known characteristics of these objects, and distribution of data according to the structure and an algorithm of the system performance. A set of trials of the simulation model allows us to determine approximate values for system characteristics. There is an example of system characteristics. The developed models allow us to solve the design problem for an optimal distribution of the restricted resources across objects to define their productivity and to achieve the requested parameters of the system responsiveness. A Simulation Model of an Information Security Analysis System in Computeraided Systems
The article deals with a simulation model of an information security analysis system in computeraided systems processing the confidential information. Hereafter, the dependences obtained while modeling can form a basis for the analysis of the existing information security analysis systems and for synthesis of new ones. Simulation Operation Model for Radio Equipment of Computeraided Dataexchange System
The article describes a simulation model of radioequipment operation for computeraided dataexchange
system created in order to evaluate influence of failure rate of radioequipment devices and time for
their recovery, on probability of uninterruptible dataexchange between computeraided dataexchange
systems of two ships during a longtime period.
The model of the operation process of radio equipment is developed using a mathematical scheme of
queueing system  Qscheme. The model response is an evaluation of the probability of uninterruptible
dataexchange between computeraided dataexchange systems of two ships during a longtime period.
The model factors are the following reliability parameters of each radio equipment: failure rate and recovery
time. The article also gives a blockdiagram of general algorithm of the radioequipment operation process
and blockdiagrams of procedures to define and change states of radioequipment devices simulated by
queueingsystem channels.
The simulation model is at the level of software implementation. The result of the software implementation
of the simulation model with values of the reliability parameters of radioequipment devices, given by
users, is an interval evaluation of probability of uninterruptible dataexchange between computeraided dataexchange systems of two ships during a time period given by users. The required accuracy and
adequacy of the evaluation are ensured by a required number of software iterations, calculated by the
programme, with the same initial data.
To evaluate the importance of factors (reliability parameters of radioequipment devices), a variance
analysis of each of them with response has been made. A combination of achievable factor values when
response values becomes the largest, has been defined by a method of coordinate raising. Simulation model, channel state, variance analysis, method of coordinate raising.
