The decision support module of information environment for technological support of production
Making management decisions requires a specialist to have extensive knowledge of the problem area and the current state of the organization. There is a need for timely and urgent management decision support in the activity of any large organization. The decision support module (DSM) was created to solve that kind of problem in the task of balancing production capacities. The main task of the DSM is a linguistic summarization of the state of the main production indicators and the formation of recommendations that allow the decision-maker to develop a specific strategy for balancing production capacities. The DSM functionality is based on the knowledge base in the form of ontology with the set of expert SWRL-rules. This article describes methods for modeling and forecasting the dynamics of the main production indicators based on type- 2 fuzzy sets, and the approach to summarizing the time series of production indicators and forming recommendations for optimizing production based on knowledge engineering methods.

Question-answer Modeling of the Operational Spacein Designing the Family of Automated Systems
For last 20 years, the successfulness of developing the software intensive systems (SIS) has been associated with a very low degree of a success (approximately 35% in accordance with universally recognized statistics of Standish Croup company), and it is an important reason for searching of new approaches to occupational activity in this subject area which enough fully reflects problems of occupational activity in human-computer environments. Negative influences of human factors (misunderstanding, ambiguity of reasoning and the others) are being recognized as basic reasons of unsuccessfulness in creating and using of SISs and automated systems (AS) as a subclass of SIS, and it inevitable concerns relations of the human with the software. A very important direction of an implementation and improvement of the human-computer activity is bound with discovering, representing and evolving an occupational experience. The special role of interactions with experience in human-computer environments is confirmed by active evolving of the subject area “empirical software engineering” in the frame of which the special kind of “metrology” is developed. This subject area is also bound with the creation and use of the Experience Bases and Experience Factories and with methods and means of “experimenting” in human-computer environments. Told above includes sufficient arguments to count the creation of innovative methods and means of conceptual experimenting in human-computer environments is topical.Formalization of conceptual experimenting is implemented with using a system of rules of the generated grammar which shall include the sets of rules specifying a reflection of all components of professional work onto a question-answer memory. A program realization of the instrumentally technological environment intended for conceptual experimenting, in the form of a program product which is demanded commercially and adjusted on a definite kind of occupational activity. Communicative Maintenance of Designers’ Activity in Processes of Creating and Using an Experience Base
The paper presents a communicative maintenance of a designers’ activity in processes of creating and using an Experience Base of a design company that develops a family of automated systems. The experience base is intended for accumulating all kinds of company assets for their reuse in creating the next members of the family. All assets active as a typical solution is formed as a precedent’s model that opens an inclusion of the corresponding solution in the process of designing. Such models are bound with design decisions that can be useful in the subsequent development. For uniform representation of such models in the Experience Base, the typical scheme of precedents is specified. The scheme includes the statement of the corresponding task, a number of conceptual models and a pseudo-code program of the task decision Communicative maintenance serves to forming and checking the correctness of each component of each precedent’s model. The communicative maintenance is based on a set of communicative tasks the decisions of which are included in processes of designing. In a corporate network, the communicative maintenance is realized in two versions. Both versions are developed in an instrumental environment of a question-answer type. One of these versions is implemented by means of Web-programming. The corresponding toolkit provides registering of question-answer reasoning of designers solving the project tasks. Thus, specificity of communicative maintenance is defined with its orientation on precedents and the decision of communicative tasks in the specialized question-answer environment. An Approach to Presentation and Operational Use of Professional Assets of Design Organization
The article presents an approach to the creation and use of design-organization experience base. An interpretation of experience base as a system of assets generated and re-used for the design of special-purpose computer-aided system family, is specific to the approach. The interpretation of assets and specialization of the family contributes to the use of the richest potential of system-family standartization, capability maturity, life cycle, architecture descriptions and other standards for experience-base design. Tools of question-and-answer conceptual design enabling the integration of all the useful things from heterogeneous standards and other useful sources of analogies, are selected to create the experience base. Instrumental and Technological Environment for Generation and Use of Design Organization Experience
In design organizations there are a lot of reasons when problems of modeling of organization experience and its operational use are put in the forefront. The experience of developers in professional subject is handed over through completed projects to developers of other projects and so on, forming what is logically called 'design organization experience'. The fact 'how the experience is presented' and 'how it is accessed', influences substantially value of design organization experience base.
In order to present (model) design organization experience and use it efficiently (in current state), the authors propose question-answer tool environments to be applied in collaborative activity within corporate networks. The development of such environments within the working group 'Question-Answer Processes, Technologies and Systems' resulted in creation of a range of tool systems. It was decided to create a complex 'Experience Base of Design Organization' on basis of them.
The authors took an active part in creation of a range of versions of the efficient tool and technological environment WIQA (Working in Questions and Answers). Due to this environment, a range of applications ensuring conceptual design of computer-aided systems, documentation, decision-making and training, was developed. The tool system WIQA is oriented at use of experience phenomenon and its models. During the process of QA-system creation a substantial potential of assets was accumulated (components for building, regulating documents and other units of reuse).
The last version of the integrated tool environment on basis of WIQA.Net processor is programmed using Microsoft.Net 2.0 and facilities of Web-programming ASP.NET which extend corporate network due to client workstations in Internet. Modeling of organization experience, knowledge management, instrumental and technological facilities, design organization, question-answer processes.
