Information Resources of Integrated Computer-aided Systems. Computer-aided Engineering of Information Resources 32_8.pdf

The article deals with a method of dataware computer-aided engineering built on information sources which are presented in both binary and text formats. The proposed method of information resource engineering is intended to decrease the work content of dataware creation of computer-aided systems, and to increase the integrated performance of the submitted information by means of conformity and unification of all information resource components.

The article deals with an approach to the development of information support for computer-aided systems, using both binary and text formats for the presentation of information resources. The authors suggest a combined description of information resources, which is oriented to improvements in ergonomic characteristics of information to be presented, to decrease in scope of developed software modules and to provision of remote access to information resources.
