Features of Realization and Organization of Joint Work of a Multipositional Radar System 000_1.pdf

The article considers features of realization and organization of the Multipositional Radar System (MRS) functioning. The MRS structure is given. The joint functioning of Multifunctional Integrated Radar Complex (MIRC) in multipositional mode, electromagnetic compatibility (EC) and Anti-Surface Ship Missile defense mode is considered. The solution of MRS time and space synchronization task including unified imaginary time is examined. Accuracy of synchronization in case of joint functioning of MIRC is assessed. The features of MIRC functioning in active and passive synchronous modes are considered. The formulae for calculation of an angle of a passive (receiving) and active phased array position (APHA) of MIRC are given. The issues and formulae for calculation of angles on divergence of heading systems and increasing of accuracy of measuring angular coordinates of a target are considered. Requirements for data-change networks of MRS user nodes are given.

Effective Decoding of Non-binary Codes Using Erased Element Provocation Method 32_13.pdf

The findings of decoding algorithms for 2D turbo-codes using a method of inner code combinations iterative transformations are presented. It provides the use of redundancy brought into the code at the border of asymptotic code’s abilities. A method of provocation is applied for the testing of final decoding result reliability. It aims to call a predictable non-binary code decoder reaction while correcting an erased code symbol with known parameters. The receiver performance increasing is provided by a fast non-binary code decoding without a trial method application while calculating error position locators.
