Estimation Method of Electronic Unit Parametric Realiability 33_13.pdf

The quality assurance of critical electronic units in the conditions of single and irregular release requires a specific approach to a production process monitoring structure. This approach works in practice through a system of sequential monitoring operations. The practical method for determination of the electronic module parametric reliability suggested in the present article is the last operation in this system.
