Optimization Model for Dynamic Scheduling Process of Titanium Moulding 33_14.pdf

The article deals with problems of the current approach to planning and scheduling in the foundry production. The analysis of disadvantages of the production scheduling principles laying the foundation of ERP is given. A mathematical tool is designed to optimize the operational production planning. A brief setting description of the optimization plan generated in the Enterprise Optimizer is presented. A graphical representation of a prototype of titanium casting model and its testing is shown.
