Building the Model for Balansing Industrial Forces of Multinomenclature Production 000_10.pdf

The article offers a formalized model for constructing issue-related production plans (IRpp) on the basis of automated verification of process operations (pO). It reflects the mathematical algorithm for calculating the load distribution on working centers with reference to the specific equipment and performers as well as the search and finding algorithm for the interchangeable parts in designing pO of a business-process. The basic requirements for the implementation of the proposed model at the enterprise with multinomenclature production are described. The authors show the expediency of using this approach in integration of information flows of the system for automation of production technological preparation design and the system of operational and scheduling planning in design of production capacities load. As a result of the model implementation (on the basis of 1c: Enterprise 7.7) and carrying out a series of experiments, a reasonable conclusion about the effectiveness of the proposed scheme of developing IRpp for enterprises manufacturing multinomenclature products.

A System of Tools for Aspect-oriented Design of Work-flow Systems for Design and Production Engineering of Pilot Instrument Making 22_7.pdf

The article gives and describes a system of tools for aspect-oriented design of work flows of design and production engineering of pilot production. The important advantage of the developed system of tools is a computer-aided process of development of design documentation, plan tasks and interchange of information (instructions, reference and report documents) among design, engineering services and flexible production complexes. At present, the developed system of tools of pseudo-code programming of interface prototypes has passed tests and proves its operability in real productionprocess mode.
