Neuro-fuzzy Model and Software Complex for Automation of Forming Fuzzy Rules for Objects State Assessing 55_3.pdf

This article deals with the task of objects state assessing in uncertainty. To solve it, the need to use of fuzzy knowledge bases and fuzzy inference algorithms as part of fuzzy expert systems is being actualized. As a tool for a knowledge base formation, a neuro-fuzzy model is proposed. The proposed type of fuzzy rules and the logical inference algorithm on the rules for object state assessing are described. A structure of a fuzzy neural network consisting of six layers is proposed, each of which implements a corresponding stage of the logical inference algorithm. As a result of learning a fuzzy neural network, a system of fuzzy rules is formed, which make up the knowledge base for object state assessing. On the basis of the proposed neuro-fuzzy model, a software complex was implemented for automating the processes of forming fuzzy rules. The main components of the software complex are the knowledge base generation module and the fuzzy inference module. As an approbation of the neuro-fuzzy model, the formation of fuzzy rules for water lines state assessing at the pumping stations in reservoir pressure maintenance systems has been carried out. The results of the testing confirmed the high efficiency of the neuro-fuzzy model and the possibility of its practical use for the formation of fuzzy rules in various subject areas.

The Reliability of a Modular Information Security System in Instrument-making Enterprises 55_4.pdf

The article presents a modular approach to the design of information security system in an instrument-making enterprise. It is proposed to assess the reliability of the designed information security system in three stages. The method for evaluating the reliability of a modular information security system at a given amount of work performed in an instrument-making enterprise as well as a method for the system behavior evaluation when increasing the amount of work are described. Methods for assessment of the information security threat performance probability, the damage probability upon detection and non-detection of the performed threats as well as for the calculation of the system reliability are considered. The method for calculating the reliability of the modular information security system when performing of several similar tasks is presented. The importance of fragmentation of modules under the influence of security threats and the impact of this approach on the overall reliability of the system in an instrument-making enterprise are shown.

The Scene Segmentation in the Tasks for Self-driving Vehicle Navigation By Using Neural Network Models With Attention 55_5.pdf

The article deals with the designing process of software module for the road signs recognition. This module is designated for the use in the automated control system of self-driving vehicles and is being developed at Ulyanovsk State Technical University.The creation of the training dataset sufficient to train neural network models is one of the major tasks to be solved when creating computer vision systems for self-driving vehicles. In this case, the preparation of a large sample in the semantic scene segmentation task may require considerable efforts for “manual” labeling. Authors describe a convolutional network model with a soft attention mechanism. This network is trained in the classification task with the possibility of extracting an attention mask from the internal network state, which can be used for the semantic image segmentation. This approach allows to reduce data-labeling costs significantly.

Automated System for the Selection of Quality Process Equipment in Serial Production 54_3.pdf

The reasonable selection of process equipment can provide increasing of preproduction engineering efficiency of processes and manufacturing system in the conditions of multiproduct serial manufacturing. Therefore, the article deals with a theoretical foundation of the complexity of components as solids of revolution. It is cost-effective to use manual or computer-controlled metal-cutting machines while manufacturing.The article provides an algorithm and a functional block diagram for the automated system for the process equipment selection (the System). Archive of Electronic Engineering Specification Originals of a Research-and-production Enterprise 54_4.pdf

The article deals with basic requirements and general-system functions for constructing the electronic engineering - specification original archive. Authors consider the model of electronic archive, specify the basic data storage bases for the all necessary details included in an electronic document and the contents. Mechanisms of an effective interaction of several enterprises working together with engineering specifications to develop the joint projects are described. An automated control system for managing the engineering data and the manufacturing processes developed by JSC ‘RPC ‘Polus’ (city of Tomsk) and introduced in the enterprise is presented. The system allows to operate with the archive of technical documents independent from CAD-system in which they were created. Application of Statistical Data in a Dynamic Model of Software Reliability Evaluation 54_5.pdf

Authors consider an issue of software reliability evaluation, general definitions and reliability performances as well as the existing models of reliability evaluation. The parameters of existing models have been analyzed. A model best applying for evaluating the software reliability under conditions of operational testing has been chosen. A modification of the chosen model has been developed, which takes into account the complexity of software, the work distribution while software developing, the qualification of implementers, the distinction between the complexity and importance of errors detected while testing. A database structure has been developed for storage information on experimental findings. A software implementation of initial and modified models has been carried out. A plan of experiments has been designed. A testing simulation with various combinations of initial data has been implemented. Errors of model operation have been analyzed and compared. On the base of the implemented analyze, a conclusion on a higher effectiveness of the software reliability evaluation implemented by the use of the modified model has been provided. A concept of the performance factor of an implementer has been introduced, the dynamics of this factor has been analyzed based on statistical data obtained. The analysis proved the validity of the concept determination in the model developed. The conclusion on the possibility of implementing the additional functional for software reliability evaluating with separation to modules as well as of making the recommendations on the tasks assigned to implementer after the carried-out analysis of detected errors has been drawn.

A System of Monitoring the Individual Absorbed Doses of Ionizing Radiation Based on a Gafchromic EBT3 Radiochrome Film 54_12.pdf

A system for monitoring the absorbed dose of ionizing radiation containing a personal dosimeter of the absorbed dose and a reader (system of readers) is proposed. The sensor material of the dosimeter is a Gafchromic EBT3 photochromic film, sensitive to both X-ray and gamma radiation. An original detector design containing an LED, two photodetectors located in one plane, and an optical flux divider with a mirror coating is proposed. Above one of the photoreceivers, a sensory element is placed, the change in optical transparency of which carries information about the absorbed dose. To transmit data on the measured dose, the radio channel and RFID technology are used. As readers of the data on the accumulated dose, mobile, desktop and stationary RFID readers can be used, including those integrated into enterprise information systems. The sensor used in the personal dosimeter makes it possible to measure the absorbed dose continuously for a long period of time. In addition, the dosimeter does not contain a power source, and the energy necessary for operation comes at the moments of interaction of the personal dosimeter with the reader, which ensures a reduction in the mass-dimensions and the possibility of implementing the dosimeter in a compact form factor.The results of model calculations and experimental studies carried out to justify the possibility of constructing a detector based on the Gafchromic EBT3 radiochromic film are presented.

Apparatus for Measurement of Thermal Impedance of Solar Batteries 54_14.pdf

This paper describes apparatus for measuring the thermal impedance of solar batteries. A modulation method that uses the harmonic heating power modulation is a base of the apparatus operation. This method allows to determine the thermal resistance components corresponding to the structural elements of a solar battery. To solve the problem, the post processing method for thermal impedance dependence on modulation frequency was developed.Apparatus provides a measurement range of thermal resistance from 0.01 to 100 K/W, the measurement error is 5%, the range of heating currents is from 0.25 up to 4 A, the range of heating power modulation frequency is 0.01 up to 1000 Hz.Research of thermal physical processes in solar batteries performed by the apparatus shows that thermal resistance dependence on heating current is non-linear. This is explained by the non-uniform current distribution through the junction due to the presence of positive thermal feedback.

Creation of Regenerative Codes and Local Codes on the Basis of Production Codes With Even Parity 53_4.pdf

Tasks on optimal problem solving in the selection of noise-resistant coding schemes arise when designing and developing new data storage systems (Storage). Storage reliability, redundancy, data availability, the amount of data traffic that occurs in the conditions of failure of individual storage devices can be referred to the criteria of optimal Storage. Methods of correcting coding, traditionally used in Storage, do not allow to achieve multi-criteria optimality for all described parameters. The use of regenerative and locally decoded codes is a solution for a problem of finding the optimal approach to correcting coding. The paper presents an approach to the implementation of the construction of regenerative codes based on the use of the product of codes with a simple test for parity with the shift of control characters of storage areas. The proposed method allows to reduce the load on the data transmission network in the cases of reconstruction procedures of lost storage devices. The method of construction of locally decoded codes on the basis of the product of codes with parity check of any dimension is also presented.

On Speed Cipher Implementation Using Aes Algorithm in Sdicrypt-library 53_5.pdf

The article deals with methods for improving the efficiency of symmetric ciphers illustrated by the example of AES algorithm that is an international advanced encryption standard of block ciphers ISO/IEC 18033-3:2010. It is demonstrated that these methods allow to exceed the popular cryptographic libraries OpenSSL и Crypto++ in speed performance twice and more than twice. Software Package for Visual Monitoring of the Cargo Transportation 53_7.pdf

The article considers the process of designing and implementing a software package to check the completeness of trucks loading when passing checkpoints using technical vision algorithms and machine learning methods. Load completeness checking is used in the governmental supervision of the Russian roads operation as well as checking the cargo transportation volume by private companies when executing orders under the agreements for cargo transportation services. The article deals with the problem of supervising the volume of transported cargo in open-top trucks with bulk non-metallic materials (sand, gravel, coal). Currently, the problem of road-freight transport weight-checking is solved in most cases by the use of weighing units. Also, there are solutions when ultrasonic distance sensors are used that generate a signal corresponding to the shape of the vehicle when driving under several sensors. However, these solutions are quite expensive to install, they do not consider the difference between signals when various vehicle types or models are used on one route. In addition, the weight does not always reflect the completeness of the load body because some materials weigh much more than payload at low volume. And under different weather conditions (e.g. high humidity), the mass of certain goods can vary significantly within 15 percent. At the same time, the transportation efficiency is estimated based on the minimum possible number of passes for the export of cargo of the given volume. The vision systems allow to solve the problem on checking the transported bulk cargo volume. The article focuses on the development description of such a system.

Tasks of competence level are complex tasks for solving which is not enough only knowledge, so learning and testing systems should be able to simulate structures of gradually complicating tasks. In some cases, these structures can be modeled using mathematical lattices describing the structure of cases with additional attitude of complication. This article describes a model of the lattice of non-complication of cases for the subject domain. A method for specifying and constructing such lattice using finite LP-structures and applying operations of transitive closure on the lattice of clarification of case situations is proposed. In conclusion, the example of using this approach to construct intelligent test system of the ability to perform solve tasks of comparing numbers from the domain of arithmetic of natural numbers is considered. It is shown that this approach could be used for further analyzing the results of solutions and to construct a more pragmatic lattice of complication of cases and test tasks.

Modeling the Brightness Dynamics of Thin-film Electroluminescent Capacitors 53_12.pdf

The processes of excitation of luminescence of thin-film electroluminescent capacitors within the model of direct shock excitation of activator centers in the luminophore are analyzed. Mathematical modeling of the dynamics of the brightness of radiation sources is carried out on the basis of the solution of the nonlinear ordinary differential equation describing the kinetics of changes in the density of excited centers of luminescence in the phosphor film. A program for numerical solution of nonlinear equation of luminance dynamics by Runge-Kutt method using a computer is developed. It is shown that the duration of transient processes determined by the brightness waves reaches 8-10 periods of applied alternating voltage. In order to obtain high brightness levels of electroluminescent indicators, it is necessary to excite the indicator elements with suites of alternating voltage pulses, the duration of which must be at least the time of reaching the steady-state operation.

Information and Analytical Model of Product Testing for Counterfeit 52_4.pdf

The article considers a problem of counterfeit products and the existing methods for solving this problem. An information and analytical method for the optimization of an expert product evaluation is proposed, which uses a parameter set and allows to automate the final decision-making process. The set of parameters takes into account not only indicators for suppliers, but also possible consequences of using counterfeit products for different groups of consumers. The method is based on the application of a neural network using a certain base of expert knowledge. Network training is provided during analyzing process with the possibility of correction by an expert. Modeling of the analysis process with different sets of input parameters and various parameters of the neural network was carried out. The results are stored in the database; the neural network performance is evaluated based on these results. The Model for the Operation of a Reliability Enhancement System Using Control Packages 52_5.pdf

The article deals with a formal description of the algorithm (process) of unidirectional transmission of information in a radio link with its feedback (unidirectional half-duplex). It does not violate the generality of the examination, since the process of simultaneous counterpropagating information in a radio link (duplex) is reduced to an independent description of two mutually independent unidirectional transmission processes. A description of the algorithm for the operation of a reliability enhancement system using control packages in terms of Markovian (semi-Markov) processes and the theory of stochastic control without considering the effect of electronic suppression are also given. For this purpose, the working states of the calling and answering subscribers were formulated and described, and a list of potential, allowed and reduced states was defined. Instrumental Software Complex for Automation to Determine the Functional State of Intoxication of a Person 52_14.pdf

This article actualizes the need to determine the functional state of a person. Its decision is based on the application of the pupillometry method, which allows to determine the state of a person by his pupillary reaction to light changes. In order to automate the processes of determining the functional state of a person, an instrumental program complex is developed, based on the use of the neural network model. Its structure, composition and characteristics of components are described. The functioning of the program complex is considered on the example of the modules of neural network model construction, estimation of its accuracy on the basis of bootstrapping method, structural optimization of the model, and determining the functional state of a person. A number of researches and experiments were conducted on the basis of the program complex. The results of the influence of the number of stages of bootstrapping on the accuracy of the neural network model, the results of reduction of neural networks, the comparison of the accuracy of the model with the accuracy of other classification methods are presented. The results of the research showed the effectiveness of the neural network model and the possibility of its practical use to determine the functional state of the person in various subject areas.

The performance of any process, system, or device is a relationship between an achieved end result and resources that were spent on achieving this result. This review addresses to the effectiveness of an air traffic management system in regard to its telecommunications software. The ensuring of flight safety while maintaining a specified level of regularity and efficiency of aircraft operations is an ultimate goal of the air traffic management and its component parts of air traffic control. In this case, it is necessary to find the relationship between the indicators characterizing the ultimate goal of air traffic control (flight safety) and the telecommunication resources used. In the general case, it is best to solve this task sequentially in two stages. At the first stage, to estimate the effectiveness of the use of the flight-operations telecommunication systems of aircrafts, i.e. to select indicators characterizing their ultimate goal and find a correlation with the telecommunication resources used. At the second stage, the indicators characterizing the ultimate goal of the use of telecommunication systems can be considered as resources for determining the values of indicators characterizing the ultimate goal of air traffic control (indicators of the level of the flight safety management). This research paper examines the first stage of the mentioned approach, i.e. it assesses the effectiveness of the flight-operations telecommunication systems of aircrafts through the use of telecommunication resources. Frequency-domain and energy characteristics are considered as such resources. Probabilistic characteristics of these contacts are studied taking into account the stochastic nature of telecommunications contacts.

Automation of Creating and Testing the Software for a Multiphase Pump Units Control Station 51_4.pdf

The article deals with problems of a multi-purpose stand for creating and debugging the software used to control multiphase screw pumps at oil and gas production facilities. An approach to design and encoding is described, which allows to improve the software functionality without fundamental changes of software architecture causing often raise a lot of errors resulting in a lengthy process of software retesting and debugging when new requirements emerge. The Automated System of Coding and Classification of Production Objects 000_7.pdf

Increasing efficiency of design and technological training in conditions of multi-nomenclature serial production can be ensured by coding and classification of parts. Therefore, the paper provides theoretical substantiation of classification characteristics of parts and their grouping. A method for coding details is proposed, in accordance with which details are assigned an impersonal code of its design characteristics according to the United Design Documentation System (SUDD) classifier. Technological characteristics of the parts are coded in true values from the drawing. In practice, the technique was implemented when creating a regional data bank about details that contains information on 150 thousand items. The article shows the functional-structural scheme of the automated system for coding and classification (ASCC) of parts, consisting of four subsystems: coding of parts, generalization of parts characteristics, selection of design solutions, output of technical documentation. The variant of placing ultrasonic emitters and receivers allowing to exclude affect of temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure at the speed of sound is proposed. The paper describes the algorithm which allows to find the wind speed and direction from the data on sound propagation time. The algorithm also allows to determine the wind speed and direction with the same accuracy regardless of the direction of air flow. The sensor described in the article has not any moving parts which improves its reliability and excludes the influence of atmospheric parameters on the speed of sound, that makes it possible to use such device in a variety of climatic conditions and obtain wind speed and direction with the same accuracy.

The System for Modelling the Cluster Simulating Processes of Big Data Analysis 000_9.pdf

The subject area for processing Big Data with the use of cluster systems is described in the article. The paper examines the existing methods of processing Big Data on which the proposed solution for increasing the efficiency of the cluster functioning is based. As basic solutions for building and proposing ways to increase the efficiency of the cluster, the Hadoop technology and the MapReduce methodology were chosen. The efficiency of cluster systems involves consideration of cluster processes in the form of the hierarchical architecture consisting of three levels: cluster node level, cluster segment level and cluster topology level. The paper indicates solutions that can be useful in order to improve the efficiency of cluster resource allocation by choosing the topology of cluster construction, using the more efficient load-balancing algorithm, and using graphics processors, which involves distributing computational loads between CPU and GPU. Recommendations proposed in the article are verified experimentally.

Automated Calculation of Ergonomic Parameters of the Information Display Means At the Workplace of the Air Traffic Controller 000_10.pdf

One of the most important elements of a workplace of an air traffic controller of air traffic services are means of displaying information ensuring the functioning of the man-machine mode in accordance with the system standards of ergonomic requirements and ergonomic assurance. The analysis and comparison of parameters of information displays for the workplace of the air traffic controller was held in the article from the point of view of manufacturability, ergonomics and safety. The thin-film electroluminescent displays are preferred to use taking into account the implementation of regulatory requirements. In the framework of the ergonomic design, the software for calculation of brightness parameters of indicators and the distance location of the screen relative to the operator: minimum and maximum values of optimum and maximum permissible distances of observation was developed. The software module was written in Object Pascal in the Delphi 7 environment. The presented software product provides automation of calculations of the ergonomic characteristics necessary in design of the working environment and workstation of an air traffic controller, and can also be used for other workstations.

The Complex of Ontological Support for Processes of Solving New Design Tasks in Development of Systems With Software 000_11.pdf

The article presents a method of ontological support increasing efficiency of project thinking, when in the development of a software intensive system, the designer discovers the need to solve a new design task. Support is provided in the conditions of application of the version of the project thinking, in the processes of which the means of question-answer and case-oriented approaches are included, which ensure the constructive formation of the project task tree. The components of the tree register not only the texts of task statements but also the question-answer reasoning of the processes of solving each task. The proposed method of ontological support is aimed at the search for design errors, their correction and prevention, as well as on the extraction of useful questions and support of understanding processes in the design process in real time. In addition, it allows you to identify in the texts the cause-effect relationship and the «part-whole» relationship. Neuro Network Model and Software Package for Human Functional State Determining 000_12.pdf

The article considers the problem of determining the functional state of intoxication of a person. For its solution, the authors propose a method based on the analysis of data pupillograms - time series characterizing the dynamics of changing the size of the pupils of the person on light-pulse exposure. As a tool for data mining and model building in order to determine the functional state of the person the authors propose to use the mathematical apparatus of artificial neural network - single layer perceptron. The original neural network model is proposed, and its adequacy is evaluated. In order to improve the efficiency of its practical use, a method of reduction of a neural network structure based on genetic algorithm is being developed. The proposed method is a two-stage genetic optimization that allows to determine the significant input features for a neural network on a given input feature space in order to optimize the structure of neurons in the hidden layer. The results of the experiments on the basis of the developed program complex have shown high efficiency of determination of the person functional state based on the reduced neural network model. The model can be effectively used in intelligent surveillance systems in public safety systems, as well as in medical diagnostics as a tool for contactless determination of the functional state of intoxication of a person.

On Application of Elliptic Curves in Some Authentication and Key Distribution Protocols 000_5.pdf

Cryptographic authentication protocols with zero disclosure of knowledge and key exchange protocols are considered in the article. The cryptographic authentication protocols based on the proof of knowledge with zero disclosure allow to verify authenticity of the sides without leakage of the classified information during information exchange. Key exchange protocols allow to create the general secret keys of participants of cryptosystems. Modifications of some cryptographic protocols of open distribution of keys and such cryptographic authentication protocols with zero disclosure of knowledge as families of the MTI protocols, Shnor’s triple-pass authentication protocol and authentication protocol on the basis of the Diffie-Hellman algorithm are offered. These protocols are provided on the basis of elliptic curves, which application allows to reduce considerably the sizes of protocols parameters and to increase their cryptography firmness. Firmness of the provided protocols is based on the difficult task of the discrete logarithmation in group of points of an elliptic curve.
