The extraction of terms consisting of several words from texts in natural languages using the syntactic patterns65_12.pdf

Two problems arise when extracting terms consisting of several words using linguistic methods of text analysis: 1. A linguist has no skills in software systems development, however he (she) is required to present his (her) knowledge in the form of software system fragments or constructions in a formal language. 2. Most software developers are not qualified enough in linguistics. This problem creates a semantic gap between the methods of linguistic analysis of texts and their software implementation. The article presents an approach to extract the terms consisting of several words based on syntactic patterns tailored for a linguist. The proposed approach does not require additional skills and usage of various languages to describe syntactic patterns by a linguist.
The prototype of the software system was developed. The software system allows describing syntactic patterns without having knowledge of a formal language. Moreover, as against the analogs the developed system is capable to use syntactic patterns in external systems for text analysis. The server of the prototype has an interface to make the syntactic patterns.

Control of a ground mobile robot motion in case of the navigational data corruption of the satellite navigation system64_1.pdf

The article discusses the determination of navigational data corruption, which received by the satellite navigation system as well as traffic control of ground mobile robots.
It also specifies the movement features of ground robots, which affect the data integrity monitoring. It proposes an algorithm of control to implement the methods of autonomous onboard monitoring of the navigational data integrity. The algorithm is based on the equations of signal correspondence in various parts of the control system. It is designed to determine the inoperability of the satellite navigation system that implies the loss of signal and failure in the navigation problem solution. The algorithm takes into account the non-deterministic nature of moving ground robot with possible stops in the process of following the trajectory. The article considers the implementation variants of algorithm to assess reliability for the control system containing additional sensors of the robot’s displacement and for the hardware-redundant system containing no additional sensors. The results of modeling the movement of a ground mobile robot along an arbitrary trajectory in case of navigational data corruption are presented. The features of algorithm based on the simulation results are described in the article.
The authors considered variants of robot control in case of navigational data corruption. The structure of the system and a method for controlling a mobile robot in case of satellite navigation system failures are also proposed. The method is based on the control mode in the system, according to the measured data of the position of the robot in the case of navigational data corruption or otherwise according to the data calculated from the robot model. The implementation of the method makes it possible to avoid significant deviations of the robot from a given trajectory of movement at intervals of signal loss of the satellite navigation system.

Constructing and implementing some perfect verifiable secret sharing schemes64_2.pdf

Most of the existing public key cryptosystems are potentially vulnerable to cryptographic attacks as they rely on the problems of discrete logarithm and factorization of integers. There is now a need for algorithms that will resist attacks on quantum computers. The article describes the implementation of Shamir’s post-quantum secret sharing scheme using long arithmetic that can be applied in modern cryptographic modules. The implementation of the Pedersen – Shamir scheme is described, which allows preserving the property of the perfection of the Shamir scheme by introducing testability. The article presents graphs reflecting the influence of the verifiability property in the Shamir secret sharing scheme on the speed of its operation.

The air data system used by modern aircrafts is a soft hardware designed to measure, compute, and display the altitude-speed performances as well as other parameters such as air temperature, angles of attack and slip; and to provide to aircrew and consumers (various on-board systems) with this information. The speed and altitude are one of the most important flight parameters of an aircraft. The operating principle of modern on- board equipment for measuring the aircraft movement parameters while in flight is based on an aerometric method. Example of analytical model for organization in design workflows64_4.pdf

The author uses a constructive approach to prove the correctness of the graph schemes of the project workflows presented in the bases of the graphical languages of the AM-model. The paper defines typical incorrect constructions, techniques for constructing correct graph schemes of design workflows, and provides a definition, a theorem on the correctness of graph schemes of design workflows, and algorithms for converting graph schemes of algorithms, graph schemes of design work flows. The results obtained are new knowledge in the study of the correctness of complex technical systems. In practical terms, the results will allow designers to avoid costly design errors in automating the design of complex products at an industrial enterprise (including a large one – the number of nomenclature exceeds 1.5 million items and the number of developers exceeds 1000 people). Material scheduling to provide manufacturing in machine industry63_5.pdf

The article describes an approach to the material scheduling to provide manufacturing by machinery designers. The approach is based on the statistics of material consumption over the last periods and on manufacturing sequence. The article considers information technology alternatives of production reserve planning. The authors propose the model of material support based on a time series analysis. They describe a study scheme and a database structure for calculating by the model developed. The algorithm steps of data analysis, modeling of time series and resulted VS test values comparison are described in details. The article defines an experimental calculation to test the model validity and diagrams to compare the time series of the main and auxiliary material sample pieces. The programmed calculations are given as an additional module for interactive web resource and are implemented through T-SQL.

An approach to the contextual analysis of time series63_6.pdf

Forecasting methods despite their conventions and limitations are the evolution of descriptive analytics mechanisms. Any model of the real-world objects works only under conditions of restrictions and agreements. The same conclusion can be made for the forecasting process, that it is not possible to forecast future state of the researched objects for 100%. However, building the most accurate forecast under the given conditions is the key. Modern data mining methods are based on a variety of models. However, such models can’t define the components of researched objects and processes except those contained in their models. The context allows using additional domain knowledge in describing the behavior of objects and processes in the form of qualitative assessments of their state. The same dataset in different domains will have various models and analysis results. The article deals with an approach to the domain context formation based on the ontology for analyzing time series of industrial processes indicators. The logical representation of the ontology based on the ALCHI(D) descriptive logic is also considered. The article describes as well experimental results confirming the correctness and effectiveness of the approach proposed.

Reduced input redundancy while providing the stability of information-analytical systems in compensating the effects caused by attacker’s destructive actions62_5.pdf

The article describes the information and analytical systems (IAS), the main function of which is processing of large multidimensional arrays of information under conditions of destructive effects caused by attacker. Such conditions require the management of secure data storage. It ensures the data sent for storage by operator is identical to the one used by a decision-maker upon request. The authors propose the subsystem of data integrity control that uses cryptographic hash functions. The applied hash functions are based on the rules for constructing Pascal’s triangle. The paper shows that a distinguishing feature of the subsystem is reducing the input redundancy of control information at a given security level of data processed in the IAS, as well as ensuring new properties, such as the ability to control the integrity of not only the data to be secured, but also the reference hash codes. The article also gives a comparative assessment of the developed subsystem with known methods of data integrity control.

The article deals with an approach to calculation of equipment, employee or work centers load during the production plan forming by machine engineering organizations. The calculations are based on the duration of manufacturing operations and the electronic structure of items, and provide the most balanced workload at the shortest time of production. The article describes the model of item production and the technique of production plan forming according to each work center with the set of calculation constraints. It also calculates the efficiency of an equipment load and time of production based on the current production plan. The game model of information conflict between the communications system and the system of destabilizing effects62_7.pdf

The article proposes a model of information conflict between the application specific communications system and the system of destabilizing effects based on the game theory formalism. The model takes into account strategies of destabilizing effects and of communications system protection, as well as their change during the information conflict. It shows that based on the game with direct or mixed strategies, it is possible to substantiate the most probably variants of destabilizing effects, as well as the rational structure of communications system in the conflict. The authors propose decision-making formalized by the opposing parties, when choosing strategies at each stage of the information conflict. The paper describes the rules for choosing the strategy of protection and corresponding structure of the communications system in the form of a minimax criterion. These rules allow searching for a rational structure of the communications system both in the current and in the preventive decision-making for countering the system of destabilizing effects.

Module for evaluation the quality of telemetry information62_8.pdf

The article deals with the development of a mathematical model of a system for automating the technological process of receiving and transmitting production information of an enterprise in the rocket and space industry for a software module for selecting the best source of telemetry information. The choice of optimization criteria is substantiated with the involvement of experts working at the enterprise. The degree of consistency of experts’ opinions is estimated by calculating the coefficients of concordance (Kendall), variation, Spearman’s rank correlation. The restrictions imposed on the optimality criteria, the list of tasks to be solved necessary for the optimization, the stages of solving the optimization problem are described. The problem under consideration is classified in detail to select the most appropriate automating algorithm. The algorithm of operation of the module for evaluating the quality of telemetry information is described in detail and the results of developed software module for choosing the best source of telemetry information are presented. In the considered mathematical apparatus, elements of such branches of mathematics as the set theory and linear algebra were used.

Functional connection (binding), essential elements and rating as tools for developing a semantic correct scheme for databases61_5.pdf

The paper considers an ambiguous representation of the subject area reality in data modelling in terms of the relation scheme. There were some attempts to rectify the relational model drawbacks by determining functional dependences among the relation attributes. Those attempts did not tackle the issue completely due to the specific nature of determining functional dependences during standardization of database scheme. The standardization allows eliminating an anomaly of operation updating caused by incorrect models of the subject area associated with the lack of semantic information in the relation model. To improve the representation process of semantic information, which is applied in designing of subject area, the authors suggest using such terms as essential elements and rating. These terms had been scrutinized ever since the hard-copy document workflow, when they were applied to formalize the document contents. To this purpose, the article describes the main components of the relational model in terms of essential elements and rating. For accomplishing aggregation and generalization operations used in developing the relational model and based on the description, the paper identifies formal criteria enabling to reduce the subjective factor while designing a conceptual database scheme.

Information security event correlation algorithms61_6.pdf

An event correlation system is a system that receives events from various intrusion detection systems, reduces the number of false events, detects high-level attacks, raises the value of incidents, predicts future attacks, and detects sources of attacks. Many algorithms have their advantages and disadvantages. This article provides an overview of existing event correlation algorithms. The material presented in the article is focused on the algorithms used in correlation mechanisms. The authors of the article introduce functions related to accuracy, functionality and computational capabilities, and compare the categories of algorithms using these functions. The result of this review shows that each category of algorithms has its own strengths, and ideal event correlation systems should have the strengths of each of the categories. In conclusion, the authors of the article conclude that these algorithms are effective and can be used as a correlator module in systems of the SIEM class. Based on the results, the authors make a choice in favor of knowledge base algorithms because of their high accuracy, which is a prerequisite for the application of the algorithm in the field of information security, and low resource consumption.

Determination of payload capacity of container obtained by steganographic technique, not causing distortion59_4.pdf

This article discusses the parameters and characteristics of a steganographic algorithm that does not distort the container, such as the versatility of application to different types of information, ease of implementation, as well as the security and payload capacity. The purpose of this work is to determine the dependence of payload in hidden communication channel on the size of the embedded data and container. To achieve this goal, the tasks were set to determine payload at different sizes of the container and the data, as well as whether it was possible to embed secret data completely. To solve these problems, two experiments were conducted with different ratios of the size of the embedded secret and the container. The ratio of sizes of data and container for efficient embedding was determined. Described the set-theoretic representation of model of the stegosystem for algorithm, and shown the scheme of operation of this algorithm. Compared payload of container obtained using the proposed algorithm and the existing steganographic methods on the test images of Lenna and Baboon. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is more effective than most existing methods in terms of embedding capacity.

The article deals with an information security model developed by authors that is based on adaptive neuro-fuzzy system providing timely detection of unmasking features of the object of protection. A number of unmasking features of the object of study with fuzzy values are used as input variables of the considered model. The model combines the function of modeling fuzzy inference with the ability to train an artificial neural network. A set of fuzzy inference rules is generated directly from experimental data. The output result of the system is the value of the integral index in the interval [0,1] that describes the information content of the characteristic structure of the object under study with recommendations for reducing its information content. The calculation of the bottomhole treatment success probability using machine learning techniques59_6.pdf

Machine learning is the most widely used branch of science and engineering nowadays. The availability of electronic real- wide information is an important condition for implementing the machine learning. Through the long history of exploitation of oil fields, a significant database related with the wells’ development and applied techniques stimulating production was created and accumulated. The article deals with one of the machine-learning methods of analyzing the prediction of geological and engineering operations implemented in the producing oil wells. In particular, by the example of database data including the results of hydrochloric-acid-and-mud-acid jobs implemented in the oil fields of Ural-Volga region, as well as in terms of specific decision-tree models, the probability of successful geological and engineering operations is calculated, and recommendations on the selection of factors allowing to optimize these operations are given. The openness, average number of permeable intervals, reservoir temperature, actual well watering, fluid properties are parameters influencing the geological and engineering operations efficiency. In many cases, it is difficult to predict the influence in the future especially if other factors are available. The existing analytical models could not describe fully the factor variety in processes running in a bottomhole zone, especially in the context of nonlinear flotations, physical and chemical interaction between formation fluids and injection solutions. The described technique allows using any number of key factors and any combination of them, as well as detecting the most important of them including the parameters described, but not limited to. In this case, the application of decision tree models is an intuitive way allowing to select neatly sampling attributes at each level by the use of algorithms. The article also describes in detail the algorithm of sampling attribute calculation. Decision tree methodology can be used for solving other problems in the oil producing industry with significant practical experience.

In this paper, approaches are analyzed and a decision support methodology for prioritizing user requests for software modifications received through a technical support service is described. This task is relevant for iteratively developing software, since at each iteration a stream of requests from end users for software modification is received. The aim of the proposed methodology is to automate the process of evaluating and prioritizing (ranking) requests to convert them into requirements. A distinctive feature of the methodology is the inclusion in the query assessment of information about the sources of queries, as well as point and temporal estimates. To analyze the changes in the number of requests of each type, it is proposed to use their forecasting based on fuzzy time series models. The proposed methodology will reduce the time costs for managers and software developers to analyze problems and make decisions on how to fix them. The article provides a formal description of the stages of the proposed methodology and considers an example of its application as a means of supporting decision-making on the inclusion of high-priority requests in the list of requirements for software development. The paper reviews the document automation systems and determines the perspectives of intellectual tools usage. It considers the document automation system developed by FRPC JSC ‘RPA ‘Mars’ and implemented in its products. The system functionality is offered to be improved by adding the data mining subsystem. The subsystem intends to accumulate data while in service and to analyze them. The paper specifies the data set, defining the process of document developing, i.e. planned and actual time of developing, amount and quality of finished documents. Data mining implies a determination of correlation and regression dependencies between attributes. Based on the results of data mining, management officials are able to arrange the process of document developing effectively. Automation of choosing the design solutions for software implementation of logical functions58_4.pdf

The article deals with the scenario of choosing design solutions for software implementation of logical functions as well as technological aspects of automation of this process. According to the proposed scenario, for each initial representation of the functional dependence, a lot of implementation dependencies are built, which are divided into interpreted and directly executed. For each implementation solution, an analytical assessment of the values of the criterial parameters is formed, the main of which are the calculation time and memory costs. Further, by the method of exclusion, the space of design decisions is narrowed. The final choice of design decisions is made by the designer, whose activities are supported by the application in a web browser environment. The specifications of the generated set of design decisions are mapped into the set of graphical dialogue objects of the computer-aided design system. The graphical dialogue tools provide navigation on objects and control the launch of processes for updating the values of criteria parameters. The development of the interactive application is based on the use of Data Driven Design Technology and the D3.JS Javascript Library. The technology allows a fairly simple way to display the set of values of the criterial parameters of design decisions in a graphical representation of the space of options. The refinement of the values of the criteria parameters is based on prototyping using automatic program generation and profiling.

This article describes the data model for obtaining information about the structure of a relational database. This model is useful for the task of reducing labor costs when designing and redesigning the existing software products. Currently, these processes are often accompanied by analysis of excessively large relational schemes, which ultimately increases development time. The model presented in the paper allows one to obtain data from a relational scheme that can subsequently be used to compile other more flexible formalizations. The object-trajectory tracking algorithm based on the combination of bayesian neural networks and nonlinear kalman filtration procedures58_6.pdf

The paper aims to develop software and algorithmic decisions allowing to detect automatically and track objects on video sequences obtained from unmanned aerial vehicles. For this purpose, authors studied the most productive neural network algorithms focused on the image segmentation and selection of various objects shown in these images. The article concluded that the advantages of Bayesian neural network procedures are important, which allow combining their operation results with other algorithms. The effectiveness of such combinations is quantified. Special attention is paid to the assessment of the possible object location on subsequent frames, taking into considerations its motion characteristics. To improve the object trajectory tracking, it is proposed to combine the results of Bayesian neural network algorithms and nonlinear Kalman filtering procedures aimed to track the objects moved including with variable acceleration. The article also deals with problems of software implementation of the proposed combination of algorithms. A comparative analysis of the obtained trajectory tracking algorithm with known solutions implemented in public OpenCV libraries is performed. The results of this comparison allow us to conclude that the proposed algorithm has significant advantages, so it opens us the possibility to recommend its application in real image-data processing systems.

An Entropy Model of the Remote Object Monitoring 57_1.pdf

The article deals with the engineering of monitoring of object management systems state. The objects are geographically distant from the center of monitoring that can be an enterprise-monopolist creating products and maintaining through their life cycle. We will understand the term “monitoring” to mean the inspection, analysis, and evaluation processes of the remote object state through observing this process follow-up as well as the research of the trends of the object state changes and the external factors affecting the object [1].
To increase the efficiency of monitoring process, authors propose to implement an entropy approach allowing to examine and control the time for its implementation and the time when telecommunication channel is busy. From the source [2], the entropy is interpreted as a measure of the system uncertainty that can have a different amount of information. The introducing of the entropy evaluation of the request-response pair during a monitoring session allows forming the requestresponse sequence and reduce their length.
To achieve stated objectives, the authors consider the proposed mathematical model of the entropy monitoring process as a directed multi-level graph that is built on the basis of the Markovian chain and that allows to describe the monitoring conditions and the separate stages of the monitoring process. The graph considers the probabilistic characteristics of requests and responses. The main feature of the model is the direction of its practical application. The model is oriented for the analysis of exceptions in which the remote objects can operate. It requires the interactive operation mode of the monitoring system should be provided. The model allows to consider the options of monitoring implementation from the perspective of queueing systems as well as within closed local area networks.

Methods and Means for Implementation of End-To-End Quality Control of Artifacts of the Life Cycle of Creating Critical Information Systems 57_2.pdf

Methods and means of realization of the sequential-iterative, program-controlled process of development and verification of a set of requirements and design decisions developed at creation of the automated information systems used on objects of critical infrastructure of the state are presented. The description of the unified model-language and informationsoftware environment developed on the basis of modeling and design languages SysML, FUML, OCL, mathematical modeling language Petri nets, timed automata as well as software tools for verification and analysis of formal models of complex requirements and design solutions CPN Tools, Rodin and SPIN. The construction of formal graph-text models of requirements and design solutions is based on the developed templates, which are extensions of diagrams of use cases, activities, states and interactions, external and internal representation of system components, active and passive classes.
Testing procedure of completeness and correctness of a set of requirements is carried out by analyzing the progress and results of execution its formal model in the VM FUML environment, verification of the behavioral part of the model with the help of CPN Tools and Rodin for stability, limitation, detection of dead-end and inaccessible states as well as by assessing the quality of implementation of the basic mechanisms of the object-oriented paradigm (encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction, messaging). Formal models of design solutions, presented in the form of activity diagrams, are translated into the language of CPN ML and then verified by means of CPN Tools. Sequence diagrams are translated into Promela language and verified in SPIN environment. State diagrams are translated into the EventB language and checked using Rodin tools
The implementation of the approach presented in the article will allow to carry out early detection and elimination of defects in requirements and design solutions directly at the stages of their development, which will improve the quality of the developed systems and reduce the financial and time costs associated with the implementation of additional work.

The article analyzes the security features of information resources of distributed telecommunication systems. Geographically distributed computing network is a set of network equipment and communication lines designed for data exchange between user workstations and functional subsystems. Given that more than 90% of the organization’s information is now in electronic form, the problem of ensuring the protection of information circulating in the computer network is becoming an extremely important task. In this regard, the organization of the network structure is associated with the necessary settings of security policies of network users. At the same time, the most real and numerous internal threats that most organizations have remain out of sight. The article describes the systems designed to protect the computer network from an internal intruder, using the control of network connections, accounting and analysis of network traffic. The principle of definition of actual types of activity of users which is based on the analysis of statistical parameters of sessions on various types of network activity, their comparison with profiles of users allowing to classify sessions of network exchange is formulated. Grounded steps and the classification algorithm network activities and separate instances of network sharing in the network activities.

The Method of Translation of the Diagram With One Type Directed Link Into the Inhibitor Petri Net 57_5.pdf

The fundamental scientific problem of the theory of business process management is to improve the efficiency of synthesis and processing of workflows of automated systems in order to reduce the time spent on their development and improve the quality of diagram models in terms of error control, reduce the semantic gap between analysis and execution of business processes.
One of the approaches for their verification is the use of the Petri nets formalism, which allows to carry out the semantic and syntactic analysis of models. In particular, to get all possible scenarios of the business process, to determine neverrunning functions and deadlocks of the system, which is especially important in the analysis of cyclic processes. At the same time, the existing methods of translation of graphic diagrams of business process management into the Petri net are specialized and are aimed at working with one / two graphic languages.
The paper proposes a method of transferring charts from one type of directed connections in the inhibitor Petri net. The application of this method for the translation of the control flow of the EPC diagram is shown.

Stochastic Matrix-Iterative Method And Its Application In the Images Processing 57_6.pdf

The article deals with a new method for solving the set of linear algebraic equations (SLAE). It is a stochastic matrixiterative method. This method is designed for solving a wide class of problems in which measurement errors are presented. When the SLAE is represented as a vector-matrix equation, the desired variables are united into vector-original. The applicability of the method is limited by the type of the vector-original being restored: the main part of its components should be equal to the known background value, and a limited number of components should exceed this value. When processing images, this condition means that we have a limited number of bright objects on a constant background.
The application of the proposed method is been demonstrated on the examples of restoration of the blurry and noised images. The task is converted to SLAE, in which the vector-image is a row-column scan of the distorted image, and the being reconstructed vector-original is the row-column scan of the original undistorted image. Computer simulation have been performed in the MATLAB medium, which made it possible to determine the optimal parameters of the stochastic matrixiterative method and to demonstrate its advantages under conditions of additive noise.
Such conditions are the small image fullness with objects and a large fullness with background values. The influence of additive noise and a priori uncertainty were not considered.

The article presents the results of work on a software package for data mining of social media. The architecture of the software package is described. Listed the main subsystems of the software package and third-party software systems used in the development of a software package. The organization of the data storage subsystem of the software package is considered, the data model of this subsystem is described.
