Fcmi-approach to Testing Interoperability of Integrated Combat Management System
Integrated ship combat management system as a complex open system represents a composition of components that use internal and external communication facilities intended for prescribed functions implementation. Interoperability is the one of complex system characteristics, i.e. an ability of one or two information systems or its components to exchange information and use the information received as a result of exchange [GOST R 55062-2012. Information Technologies. Industrial Automation Systems and Integration. Interoperability. Basic Principles]. The subsystems being included into the interoperability system work with the use of independent algorithms. These subsystems do not have a unified control point. The whole control is determined by a unified standard set that is interoperability profile. The interoperability of systems of different classes and purposes is testing with a variety of characteristics that determine the system attribute directly and indirectly. The article presents FCMI-approach to evaluation of integrated ship combat management system interoperability on the basis of the fuzzy cognitive model with fuzzy logic tools in MATLAB environment. The proposed approach assists the analysis and decision-making in not completely determined situations. The basis of the approach lies in modelling expert perceptions on testing interoperability of integrated ship combat management systems. Integrated ship combat management system as a complex open system represents a composition of components that use internal and external communication facilities intended for prescribed functions implementation. Network-centric Warfare and Some Questions of Interoperability of Computer-aided Systems
The article deals with some aspects of network-centric warfare (network-centric operations) and some questions concerning the future and the support of the interoperability of computer-aided systems of different domains during network-centric operations by groups of the Armed Forces.
The military operations are transient and saturated with different used systems, platforms and weapons. A commanding officer must see all the combat space and make adequate decisions in real time. For this, different computer-aided systems and facilities of control, intelligence, reconnaissance and surveillance are used. The problem is solved by means of network, communications and information technologies.
These technologies contribute to new opportunities not only due to the improvement of fire, maneuver and other features of weapon platforms, but also due to a higher consistency of actions of force groups, reduction of combat-control cycle.
The consistency of group actions is ensured by the interoperability of interacting computer-aided systems during
operations. Computer-aided system, common information and communication space, information technology, interoperability, platform, information network, network-centric warfare, network-centric war, network-centric operation.

Models of Structuring and Formalization for Ontology of Application Domain At Stages of Computer-aided System Designm
The article discusses an issue of error decrease during ontology creation at early stages of computeraided
system design including definition of classes and class hierarchy. Hierarchy depends on possible
ways to define a level of detail which is necessary for application, on personal preferences of analysts

into account during development and optimization of ontology. The following features of structuring
and formalization of application-domain ontology at stages of design of computer-aided systems, are
stressed: design of ontology is a constructive process which is to combine with object-oriented methods,
ways and approaches of structuring and formalization of application domain. Computer-aided system, ontology, hierarchy, strata, application domain.
