Parametric Synthesis of Radiomonitoring and Radiotechnical Control Systems Based on the Formal Approach 52_2.pdf

The task of synthesizing the radiomonitoring systems in the theory of complex systems is the task of estimating the optimality of the system or the problem of optimizing the system. The solution of the synthesis problem consists in considering a number of optimization problems, each of which characterized by the use of various optimality criteria. The diversity of radio electronic systems and the specific features of their functioning do not allow forming a unified methodology that allows the synthesis of any radiomonitoring system. In this regard, the synthesis of a particular system is an individual process. The concept of the synthesis of radiomonitoring system based on the general principles of the system approach in the synthesis of a complex system of any purpose, and, at the same time, includes a number of distinctive features due to the features of the system synthesized. The synthesis of the systems under consideration should include two stages: structural and parametric synthesis. At the first stage, indicators of results, requirements for results, criteria for assessing the quality of results are set. The second stage determines the efficiency index, the requirements for the level of efficiency, the criterion for assessing the effectiveness.

Optimization of the Functional Structure of Airborne Hardware Complexes 000_12.pdf

The article shows that it is unnecessary to distribute functions on the basis of their belongings to one of the air vehicle (AV) level in order to take advantages of the integrated modular avionics (IMA) architecture in constructing the airborne hardware complexes (AHC). The method of construction and optimization of the functional structure of AV AHC on the basis of constructing a product functions tree is considered. The basic principles of constructing function groups optimized for implementation on a hardware platform with the desired characteristics are formulated. The authors developed a notion of indirect function realization and described its main advantages and disadvantages. Also, a product functions tree describing algorithm was proposed and outlined. The recursive action algorithm was given by the example of forming one group of functions. The method for improving the load on a hardware unit with its lack of load after the process of forming a group of functions was proposed.

Optimal Scheduling of Local Battery Storage 000_4.pdf

Nowadays energetics is characterized by consistent trend of the development of distributed power generation systems (microgrids) and alternative energy sources implementation as its components. In these systems using local electric batteries became actual and possible for automatic energy consumption management. These devices significantly increase the reliability and electronic characteristics of electricity supply through optimal choice of energy sources using rapid connection of the power sources to the power consumers. The authors analyze the algorithm for optimal control of the power system consisting of two energy sources - one of them is battery storage and another one is external centralized grid where time-varying electricity pricing is released. The problem of finding the algorithm for optimal control generation as a task of the creating working timetable of electric storage, which has to minimize expenses for power supply is considered. Within a given time interval, a microprocessor controls a power storage battery releasing process. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is selected as a numerical method for solving this problem. Based on experiment numerical results that were performed, conclusions about effectiveness of developed battery schedule optimization algorithm are given; also recommendations were given for further improvements of microprocessor programming.

The Optimization Model of Decision-making Fuzzy Processes for Maritime Equipment Diagnostics 37_11.pdf

The article presents principles of fuzzy processes optimization of decision-making for sea-bed mining equipment diagnostic tests. There were developed models for the optimization of multicriteria problems in decision-making with fuzzy objectives which are described by means of the following elements: set of admissible alternates, set of all possible results, alternative evaluation, a criterion function, establishing the connection with alternatives and their evaluations, membership functions. Some rules for the uniform management of all metadata on data sources, target schemas, manipulation, scripts, etc. are provided, that use repository-based database management systems. The integrated data of procedure analysis are demonstrated by the example of the data tables. The model of indicators and factors in the form of a visualized way projected in the Curve Fitting Toolbox is represented. Methods for the isolation of particular criteria of individual subsystems that allow to consider, with the necessary level of detail, the nature of linkages and interactions of the individual parameters of detail, the nature of correlations and interactions of the individual complex deep-water control system parameters.
